Recently reconfigured and redesigned, Alaire at Jumby Bay Antigua is a beautiful beachfront three-bedroom villa that has been entirely reimagined. The style has been done with a contemporary Caribbean fashion in mind – white crème and pastel colour palette enhances the homes grand spaces. Tiled marble flooring and driftwood-hued finishes and white Italian slipcover sofas combine elegantly to give and overall fresh and elegant sensation. Tongue-and-groove wood ceilings have been painted white and feature state-of-the art recessed lighting.

On entering Alaire at Jumby Bay, the open-floor living plan provides a view through to the beautiful blue sea beyond.

The king-bedded master bedroom is located on the third floor and presents a 270-degree view of the sparkling sea from its wraparound terrace, complete with loungers and a pergola on one side. The spacious master en-suite bathroom has a dressing area with large granite double vanities, a wet room with freestanding soaking tub and two rainfall shower heads, and a private balcony to relax on after bathing.

The second guest bedroom is on the second floor, and features 2 queen-size beds, a balcony with loungers and a spacious en-suite with amenities similar to that of the master suite.

The third guest bedroom is located on the ground-level and is outfitted with 2 queen-size beds, a private veranda, a spacious en-suite with dressing area, double vanities, wet room with two rainfall shower heads and tub, and a private outdoor garden shower area.
The open-plan design ensures the space flows effortlessly from one room to the next, from the dining area to the living room, to the veranda and to the pool. Outside, loungers surround a swimming pool, offering shade beneath a large umbrella. From the patio and swimming pool, you can enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean and direct access to a small beach.

Included in the price of Alaire at Jumby Bay is gourmet breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, beverages, cocktails, house wine by the glass, access to resort fitness and tennis facilities, resort pools, croquet lawn, putting green, and use of water sports equipment. Other activities/facilities are available but incur a surcharge, such as deep-sea fishing, the Spa, Pilates and in-room dining.

The Estate House – Offering some of the best cuisine in Antigua and signature dishes include Monkfish and black trumpet casserole with crispy jasmine rice pancake; Spiny lobster with Armagnac flambé, tomato, saffron pearl, and sea urchin; and Black sea bass with potato confit.
The Veranda – Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here you can enjoy freshly caught seafood and select prime and aged steaks.
The Pool Grille – Located between the Caribbean Sea and the resort’s oceanfront infinity pool, this grill serves casual bistro fare for lunch (salads, sandwiches, grilled seafood specialties), as well as house snacks and refreshing cocktails, smoothies and fresh fruit juices throughout the day.
The Beach Shack – Open for informal grab-and-go lunch and offering guests the chance to enjoy local and authentic food in a relaxing atmosphere on the beach. The Beach Shack offers delicious local street food, such as lobster or chicken wraps/rotis, locally caught fish and ceviche.
The Beach Bar – This traditional bohio style bar offers beach service along the pristine sands of Jumby Bay Beach, offering refreshing cocktails, chilled water, fresh towels, and tasty snacks like hand-made ice-cream sandwiches, and fresh fruit sorbets. Private dinners can be arranged for an intimate gathering or a small group.
