Arc en Ciel

Arc en Ciel is a spectacular property situated on Beau Estate, between the World Heritage site of the Pitons – imagine waking up to the panoramic ocean views and the world-renowned Pitons. This magnificent property built on the edge of a hillside, bordering a forest reserve is situated in a very small selective area that affords guests panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and stunning sunsets.

Arc En Ciel features 5 double air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, DVD player and stereo.The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed and boasts its own private swimming pool, en-suite bathroom with a picturesque glass wall, Jacuzzi bath and shower enclosed in the secluded ‘secret’ garden. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom also have queen-sized beds, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The remaining two bedrooms are located downstairs and open up directly to the pool deck, and each have single beds, a private patio and en-suite bathroom.

The house incorporates many aspects of traditional Caribbean style with its verandahs, jalousie shutters and wooden railings. There is a number of small pavilions connected by verandahs. The exterior of the property has been partially finished with a facing of hand chipped stones to resemble the exterior of the forts, which were constructed on the island centuries ago. The property is located in lush, landscaped gardens, home to an abundance of tropical plants and flowers.

The living and dining room is located in the centre of the house and has been tastefully furnished and amenities include a TV and DVD player. The inside dining table can accommodate up to 10 guests and this room opens out onto a patio where guests can choose to dine al fresco in the gazebo against the backdrop of the ocean and the Pitons. The kitchen is also located on the entry level and if fully-equipped.

Most guests enjoy relaxing in the downstairs area, where there is a large covered patio and casual dining area. The patio leads directly to the pool deck and a series of smaller patios. The swimming pool sweeps around the front and the back of the villa and is immaculately appointed and maintained and features a grotto with waterfall.

The property is only a short distance from Jalousie Beach and Anse Chastanet Beach. Also nearby is the popular fishing village of Soufriere, with some shops, bars and restaurants. Another popular place is the Anse La Raye Friday Fish Fry, where guests can enjoy freshly caught fish and party with the locals.

Staff:
Resident staff ( in cottage in grounds of Arc En Ciel) – housekeeper, and maid, plus  general maintenance man, They are available 7 days a week.
Chef service included 7 days a week.
Gardener –– 5 days weekly 8am to 4pm
