Blue Beach is situated on the oceanfront at Baie Longue Beach in St. Martin’s Terres Basses, ensuring you have magnificent views of the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea.
After entering the beautiful coral stone courtyard, you will be greeted by tropical shrubs and landscaped gardens. Blue Beach sits on a hillock above the shore. The property exudes Old World Caribbean style with a contemporary design.
The villa is comprised two wings that flank a large swimming pool in a terrace that expands the length of the property. Built on multi-levels, sweeping carved stairs connect the terrace spaces. A lovely gazebo is the perfect setting for enjoying sunsets and sits at the terrace edge.
At one end of the verandah is a cottage with two bedrooms and a private patio. Both bedrooms have fabulous sea views, en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom has a kitchenette.
The main wing is located at the opposite end of the terrace. The living area is spacious and has large glass sliding doors that open to the large covered beachfront terrace. There is a flatscreen TV with Netflix for those evenings you want to relax and watch a movie. A well-equipped, modern galley style kitchen opens to the great rooms. Deep covered verandahs with outdoor seating and dining spaces extend from the great room.
Two additional bedrooms are off the great room. Both have sea views, king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and are charmingly furnished in rattan, wicker and teak with white linens.
For larger parties, Blue Beach can be rented along with its sister villa, Turtle Nest, which is located next door.
The villa is secluded yet you are close to all the amenities. There are some fabulous restaurants located a short drive away and the French capital Marigot with its shops and restaurants is only a ten minute drive away.
