Blue Heights

Blue Heights is a lovely four-bedroom villa nestled in 2 acres of lush gardens and enjoys a south facing elevated position. The beach is accessed via a private gate and is only a 15-yard walk away.

Blue Heights consists of a main house with one bedroom and living and dining spaces, and a separate chalet with additional three bedrooms all overlooking the gardens, swimming pool and the sea at a distance.

The master suite is located on the upper level and has a private sun deck that overlooks the gardens and out to sea. The other two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are located on the lower level with French doors leading out to the garden. The en-suite bathrooms are stylish with polished cement walls and flooring, single or twin vanities and showers.

The main house has a spacious, open-plan living and dining area furnished with lounge chairs and a ten-seater dining table. There is a den with plush sofas, TV and DVD player and telephone. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, cooker and oven: guests can choose to prepare their own meals or have the cook serve delicious local cuisine.

The swimming pool is located at the end of the garden and comfortable sun loungers surround the pool. The beach can be accessed from the garden and Hirikitiya Bay is a five minute stroll away, ideal for swimming during the season.
