Casa Chia is a lovely estate in a peaceful setting close to Campanet.  This beautiful retreat is a great place to gather with family and friends and offers breath-taking views.  There are three bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in a separate annexe that can accommodate 10 guests comfortably.

The beautifully landscaped terraced gardens give access to several covered chill-out areas. A large swimming pool with a barbecue area, a fantastic training room for the CrossFit experts!

The main house is built on three levels with a covered porch from side to side to take advantage of the beautiful views. There’s a large kitchen for the chef in the group to cook up an exquisite lunch or dinner.

The large swimming pool is situated on a lower level from the main house with a large covered terrace and dining area.

There is a separate annexe with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Ground Floor: Large covered porch, entrance hall, dining area for 6, with staircase leading to the top floor; sitting room and fireplace with French doors leading to the porch; fully equipped open kitchen (electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker). Laundry room in the basement.

First Floor: Master double bedroom with en suite full bathroom and a large terrace with views, 2 double bedrooms convertible into twin bedrooms that share a shower room.

Annexe: built-in two levels with two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.

Exterior: Games room, Gym, 1 shower room, two covered terraces, BBQ area with large table, swimming pool with roman steps (8m x 16m, min depth 1.3m, max depth 2.5m).

Casa Chia is located near the quaint hamlet of Ullaró and just 10 minutes stroll to the village of Campanet and 20 kilometres to the beaches of Port de Pollença and Alcudia.
