Casa del Agua is a luxury four-bedroom oceanfront villa located in Puerto Aventuras and just 45 minutes south of Cancun’s international airport. This villa is in a secluded location with only two private residences nearby yet only a short stroll to the village of Puerto Aventuras and its marina.
Each of the four bedroom suites offers tropical garden settings and feature en-suite bathrooms, minibars and safes. The suites are adorned with beautifully handcrafted furniture and colourful handwoven Mexican tiles.
Cemote Suite is the master bedroom and features king-size bed and impressive doors that open onto the living room and impressive palapa. There is a small lounge, perfect for relaxing or watching TV. A double-shower and spacious en-suite bathroom is accessed via a large walk through closet.
Arroyo is the most unique bedroom suite and used to be an artist’s studio. A 2-metre round bed surrounded by a stream of flowing water is the centre point of this room.
Caleta has a comfortable king-size bed and features a private garden bathroom. Cascada is the fourth bedroom and the only room located on the third floor, offering total privacy for its occupants. There is a private terrace with garden views.
The living area that all guest suites share features an impressive 40 foot thatched roof. Folding doors and windows open onto a large terrace offering unforgettable views of Casa del Agua’s private beach and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Please note – Although the beach at Casa Del Agua is sandy, the entrance to the water is rocky. Guests are provided “water shoes” for water access. Many parts of the bay in front of Casa Del Agua are ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
