Casa del Mar Villas are a boutique oceanfront development located on Great Exuma in the center of the Bahamas Out Islands and features Villa 1 and Villa 2 and The Beach House.

The Casa del Mar Villas are impeccable four-bedroom villas located in a prime beachfront location, just five minutes from the Exuma International Airport. The villa offers 3500 square feet of living space and boasts incredible ocean views, and guests will often find they have a stretch of beach to themselves.

Villa 1 has two family rooms in addition to the four separate en-suite bedrooms (max occupancy is up to 10 adults & 2 kids) and Villa 2 has a separate bedroom + a family room (max occupancy up to 10 adults +3 kids) making it the perfect choice for families or friends.

There are two bedrooms in each of the wings, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed. Each of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private access to the courtyard and swimming pool. There are two additional convertible family rooms/bedrooms that have sleeper sofas that can each accommodate a single adult or up to two small children.

The villas have been designed to the highest standard, with contemporary interiors and a modern flair. Each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, and villa consists of a two wing family house, connected by a courtyard with private swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.
