Casa Lucia is a breathtaking four bedroom villa located in the heart of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. Casa Lucia boasts magnificent gardens and traditional Spanish decor and is sure to impress the most discerning traveller. The surrounding are tranquil and offers an oasis of calm and the villa is surrounded by olive and cypress trees.

The villa has four bedrooms. including a master suite with its own private terrace and generous dressing area.

Bedroom 1 (ground floor) – Super-king bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors leading out onto the outdoor terrace. Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2 (ground floor) – Twin / super-king bedroom with separate shower room across the corridor.

Bedroom 3 (first floor) – Twin / super-king bedroom with en-suite shower room. Balcony with views over the garden.

Bedroom 4 (first floor) – Master bedroom with super-king bed, dressing area and private terrace with views over the garden and pool. En-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Flat screen TV.

Built in the traditional Mallorcan style yet with stylish modern touches, Casa Lucia is airy and comfortable, with an open-plan living area opening out onto the outside terraces and the garden. The sitting room is spacious and the terrace has ample seating for alfresco dining.

Families will love the enormous playroom located in the basement and is stocked with toys to keep them entertained. There is also a gym for fitness enthusiasts and even a cinema room.

Outdoors is just as impressive with a large swimming pool and a number of covered terraces to relax and enjoy the calm surroundings.

The villa is nestled within spacious grounds between the rustic town of Pollença and the beaches of Port de Pollença. Away from the serenity of the villa, Port de Pollença offers many charming boutiques and restaurants, as well as the choice of two nearby golf courses.

  • Sweets & Snack Station set up in the villa
  • Set up of Pool area each day
  • Daily Housekeeping and turndown service
  • Served continental breakfast with professionally prepared breakfast special by your villa chef on a freshly laid table 5 days of the week. Prepared Continental Breakfast on 2 days for the villa teams days off.
  • Mid-morning refreshment each day (5 Days) to be enjoyed by the pool or around the villa
  • Pre-dinner canapés served with Champagne on one evening
  • Pre-dinner canapés served with a local Gin Tasting Experience on one evening
  • One meal per day prepared by your private chef (either lunch or dinner) on 5 days
  • Prepared BBQ for one of the chef’s days off
  • Childrens/Baby food where applicable
  • Complimentary Nappy Hamper for any infants, including extra nappies throughout the stay, body wash, wipes, flannel, nappy bags

From 25 March to 20 May the catering service will be available on request.

Full Service – available upon request at an additional cost: All three meals are provided – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prepared by your private chef on 5 out of 7 days.
