Casa Sari is a single storey five bedroom villa offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views. The villa boasts a great location near the charming Porto Rotonda and comes with extensive gardens. It is also one of few homes at walking distance from the famous Sassi Beach and some more from Shirley Bassey Beach and Punta Volpe Beach.

Casa Sari is located on a pleasant hill and affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. The owners have a passion for good cuisine and organic ingredients and there are 2 vegetable gardens in the lower part of its park. There are three different levels of land belonging to the villa.

Four bedrooms are located in the main part of Casa Sari and one bedroom in a separate annex. The main bedroom features queen bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The other three bedrooms in the main villa feature ensuite bathroom with shower. One of these bedrooms has twin beds and two have double beds. A further double bedroom is located in the annex with ensuite shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The interiors have been tastefully designed. There is a spacious living area, dining area with garden vistas and two kitchens. Outdoors include expansive gardens, swimming pool, a solarium and alfresco dining area. Hidden away, yet very close to the port Rotondo centre, the villa offers vert private surroundings.

Services Included

  • Daily Morning Housekeeping Service by 2 persons of staff (one clean and the other one can cook) on a total shift of 6 hours a day, 6 days a week from 9AM to 1PM from Monday to Saturday
  • Change of all linen half-week (Tuesday or Wednesday)
  • Cook service for Breakfast and One meal of choice 4 Days a week, shift of 6 hours a day (groceries additional charge)

Mandatory additional services

  • Final cleaning at €390 per rental to be paid locally
  • Ingredients, runner and grocery service to be paid locally
  • Electricity (Air Conditioning) €350 per week to be paid locally
