Casa Toria

Casa Toria is a small 17th-century stone-built farmhouse with private swimming pool located in the Lucca hills.

The house has been comfortably furnished. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, mosquito nets, sat-tv, and wi-fi connection. There are three bedrooms, two double and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms (one with shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the first floor).

Ground Floor:

Entrance into a sitting/dining room. Well equipped kitchen with doors opening onto patio. Bathroom (shower).

First Floor:

Two double bedrooms; twin bedroom; bathroom (bathtub).

The farmhouse looks onto a lovely garden, with a well kept lawned area in front, hosting a wide range of plants and flowers: geraniums in Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden, a 135-year-old, shade-providing holm-oak and beyond, olive trees and vineyards. In a pleasant setting amongst the olive groves, there is the lovely swimming pool.

The outside area  of Casa Toria has been furnished to enable guests to enjoy fully the Tuscan countryside. There is a sunny exposed pavement in the front of the house and a shaded veranda around the side where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals.

If you do want to venture out, then you are a 30-minute drive approximately from the renowned Versilia Coast with its many coastal towns – Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio -, close by the most famous historical Lucchese villas, the airport of Pisa is 50 minutes drive away, and Florence city centre is an hour drive.
