Gaia Estate is a magnificent 11 bedroom estate located within 13 hectares and offering panoramic views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea, up to the main Tuscan Islands Elba and Capraia, and in clear days up to Corsica.

Gaia Estate includes a compound of four stone buildings dating back to the 18th century and that have been carefully restored to a high-standard in full respect of the Tuscan tradition. One of the buildings is not included in the rental of the estate. This estate is ideal for large families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 22 guests in 11 bedrooms.
The main building of the estate sleeps 10 people, located at the centre while the other two sleep 8 and 4 guests. The large house has been furnished with a pool table near to the large living room. The smaller building is ideal for a family with children, there are two bedrooms each one with its own private bathroom. The staff of the estate live on a separate apartment on the estate.

Guests staying at this estate will sleep in one of the 3 stone villas. Each of the three houses benefits of a private garden and a private covered terrace, equipped for ‘al fresco’ meals. Below the layout of each villa.
One Stone House

Second Stone House

Third Stone House

Entrance into a living/dining room with fireplace opening on to outdoor covered patio fully equipped with table and chair for al fresco dining; kitchen.

Master queen-size bedroom and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).
In the basement of each unit a laundry room is available.
Each of the three houses benefits of a private garden and a private covered terrace, equipped for ‘al fresco’ meals. Every house is equipped with all modern comforts and are tastefully furnished to a high standard
A special feature of the estate is the beautiful solarium and pool area , which includes a large infinity swimming pool (16×8 m) with shallow end, a built-in barbecue and a cabin with a kitchen, a bathroom and a changing room.
Gaia Estate can be rented as a five, six, seven, nine or eleven bedroom configurations for smaller groups. Other bedrooms will be locked off and not available to other clients.
