Hacienda Del Mar

Hacienda del Mar is located in Puerto Aventuras and boasts over 16,000 sq ft of pure luxury. This is a fully staffed villa with 15 Suites with ensuite bathrooms. The magnificent villa is located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras and is just one hour south of Cancun.

Due to its spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, you will feel like you are staying in your own resort. Hacienda del Mar is also a great place to host weddings and events onsite year round. For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events Hacienda del Mar may also be rented with Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Mágica next door. The Hacienda Estate may host events of 250 guests and offer luxurious suites for 90 guests.

There are 15 bedrooms at Hacienda Del Mar. Upstairs in the main villa there are 3 fabulous ocean front king suites and each suite has walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property. Within the estate are two casitas (little houses) each with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the lower level of the casita you have an amazing games room with billiard and table tennis…fun for the young and young at heart is guaranteed!

All suites have digital safe, satellite TV, each bathroom has hair dryer.

The huge open plan living and dining room overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The living room has comfortable sofas, large flat screen Satellite TV and telephone. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen  is fully equipped. A bar is located just off the living room and a butler is on hand to prepare your favourite drinks. The spacious living area leads directly out to  the covered terrace which stretches the length of the villa. Here you will find alfresco dining, comfy lounge chairs and to the side is an outdoor shower. Poolside there are many chaises for you to sit back relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. There is a BBQ gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day.

From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkelling from the beach is fantastic; you will see many fishes and coral, if you are lucky maybe a turtle! Hacienda Del Mar has kayaks for guests use.
