Happy Bay is a stunning four bedroom vila that sits in the exclusive and private enclave of Mount Choisy in St Martin. This villa has an elegant entrance, with lush tropical foliage, which creates an inviting and warm welcome.
Upon entering Happy Bay, you are greeted by the stunning panoramic views with tropical green mountains and the blue sea in the distance. The villa is nestled in tropical colourful gardens with flowers, papaya and banana trees. You can continue enjoying the views from the infinity pool. The spacious horseshoe shaped terrace is furnished with outdoor dining and seating to enjoy the view and wonderful breezes. Little seating niches and a large covered gazebo offer quiet places to relax.
Each of the four bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms and located off the main living area. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool. Three bedrooms are accessed from the large media room with flat screen TV. Two bedrooms are interconnecting with only a curtain between the shared hallway.
The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the villa in its own private oasis. Each en-suite bathroom is unique in design but all offering luxurious fixtures and fittings. (Please note – the master bedroom is accessed through the kitchen, then the laundry room via the en-suite master bathroom)
The large living area with sofas and indoor dining table is fully air-conditioned and opens out to the deck. Even when the doors are closed, you can continue to enjoy the surrounding views thanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors. Travertine floors run throughout the interiors. The décor has a mix of contemporary and exotic furnishings and accessories in teak woods and soft taupe and cream colors. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped kitchen. For the more active guest, a fully equipped gym with bathroom is located on the lower garden level.
Although Happy Bay is in a secluded and private location, Frair’s Bay and Happy Bay beaches are just steps away. Grand Case is only a five minute drive away where there is an abundance of restaurants.
