Kambura Villa is a beautiful five bedroom villa located on the southern most tip of Sri Lanka. You can enjoy evenings on the terrace enjoying a refreshing cocktail and watch the sun set over the ocean.
The owner of Kambura Villa is an interior designer and this is evident by the carefully selected quality furnishings inside the villa.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with an air-conditioned gum, a cinema room and state-of-the-art kitchen.
The dining room and sitting room are located on the first floor, perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the TV. A staircase leads from the living area up to the second floor, where there are the remaining three bedrooms.
A spacious master suite features an exquisite antique bed and has a private balcony with garden furniture so you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views. It also has an outdoor bathroom. A second guest bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a terrace with ocean beds. The fifth bedroom features twin beds. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms.
Kambura Villa also boasts a large roof terrace, perfect for a BBQ or social events – can hold up to 50 guests – and the sunsets are spectacular.
A full team of staff is on hand to ensure you have a memorable holiday. The villa is staffed with a cook and three house staff plus Manager who will be happy to attend to your needs. Breakfast is included within the room rates provided.
From Kambura Villa it is only 5 minutes to Mirissa Harbour to go whale watching, 1 hour to Galle Fort…a Unesco Heritage Site. You may also wish to take a day trip to Yala for a safari to see leopards, or go to Udawallawe National park to see the wild elephants, or visit the little known Bundala National Park. Bundala National Park is considered by many to be one of the best sites in the world to see migrating birds.
