La Palmeraie Villa 2

La Palmeraie Villa 2 is the newest (October 2021) and one of the most luxurious rentals on Harbour Island, Bahamas.  It is a modern California Style masterpiece offering incredible waterfront views with its large window panels. The decor is bohemian chic and offers a cozy feeling. The wonderful villa is located on the dunes and has private access to the wonderful pink beach. La Palmeraie Villa 2 features 9 bedrooms for a total of 18 guests.

For larger groups, you can book La Palmeraie Villa 1. This combined estate features 18 bedrooms.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and features flat screen TV with Netflix.

The open plan living room features plush, comfortable sofas and large glass sliding doors leading to the pool deck. Thanks to this feature, you can enjoy the magnificent ocean views whilst relaxing inside. A dining table can comfortably seat 12 guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features dual refrigerator and centre island with seating. Also on the ground floor is a wet bar with seating and a library.

Active guests can enjoy the expansive, fully equipped gym boasting strength and weight training as well as cardiovascular machines. The sauna and steam room are the perfect place to relax and unwind after a work out.

Evenings can be enjoyed in the private movie theatre furnished with luxury, leather sofas and a unique high-tech sound system. Thousands of films can be enjoyed on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

The outside of La Palmeraie Villa 2 is equally as impressive. You can unwind on one of the sun loungers by the pool or enjoy the pink sands of Harbour Island. There is a gazebo with pool-side kitchenette for outdoor lunches and plenty of outdoor seating. There is even a Tiki hut! The oceanfront hut with its outdoor seating, cooking grill, fridge and sink is ideal for alfresco dining with friends and family.
