Villa Orangerie

Villa Orangerie is a charming historic Tuscan orangery, now converted to provide elegant boutique accommodation for up to four guests. With beautiful rustic styling and direct access to the beachfront, this is the ideal choice for a secluded beach break.

Set across one convenient level, this just one level, this beautiful property has been lovingly restored to provide a comfortable stay. Authentic heritage décor creates a true Italian ambiance, with stylish red and green vertical stripes providing bursts of colour, and verdant gardens visible through each window.

The villa’s main living space is a kitchen and living room – a beautifully-lit space thanks to four large windows and French door access to the gardens. Here, guests can whip up a quick meal, or relax of an evening with the scent of the Tuscan countryside wafting in. To either side, guests will discover the villa bedroom, each equipped with a private en-suite bathroom.

Outside, the villa truly comes into its own, with a wonderful sun terrace, where guests can dine al fresco or just soak up the rays. There is also access to the sand dunes and the beautiful beachfront via a winding path that leads through the pine grove, before arriving at the villa’s private cabana. Here, guests can take advantage of four loungers, four towels and a parasol – perfect for a day by the sea!

The villa has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both en-suites come with a shower.
