Villa Orfea is a historic villa situated within the Tuscan landscape, just a ten-minute drive from Lucca. Set within manicured Italian gardens, this villa dates from the 15th century and has been meticulously restored to offer a high-class stay.
Spread across four levels, this generously-proportioned villa boasts many excellent amenities. Entry is at ground level via the grand foyer, leading to the spacious family room with plush seating. Close by is the remarkable dining room, with seating for up to fifty guests, a dramatic coffered ceiling, and views over the garden. There’s also a professional-grade kitchen next door for the ultimate convenience, and two inviting lounge pace – a well-equipped library and a lounge room a large satellite television facilities.
On the lower level, Villa Orfea boasts cutting-edge wellness facility. Covering more than 2100 square feet, this impressive space features a Turkish bath, sauna, emotion shower, salt room and meditation room. There is also an impressive stone cellar for wine tasting sessions.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautiful Italian gardens. A romantic pergola provides an intimate seating area, while the sun-soaked outdoor pool with whirlpool and sun deck is the perfect place to enjoy the Tuscan rays. A shallow end of the pool and a private play area is ideal for those with families, plus the covered parking facility is perfect for guests wanting to head out and about.
First Floor
On the first floor, guests will find five of the bedrooms. There is a master family suite, complete with a king-size bed and a queen/ twin bed on a mezzanine level – both beds share an en-suite with shower. There are also two king bedrooms, each with an en-suite with shower, as well as a further bedroom featuring a king/ twin bed and an en-suite with shower.
Second Floor – Only accessible by stairs
On this upper level, there is one king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and a separate shower.
Please note that all bedrooms offer air-conditioning, while all bathrooms provide hairdryers.

The Pool House – 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
Quaint two-story stone house carefully restored and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, a generous open floorplan with sitting area and eat-in kitchen, brightened by travertine marble floors in neutral color. A bathroom is also on this floor. The sitting area opens onto the main garden and offers a nice al-fresco dining area.
On the first floor, one double bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and one twin bedroom. Safe box and air-conditioning.
The Red House – 4 apartments
Three story annex adjacent to the main villa (opposite side of The Pool House).
Ground floor – Apartment 1 (1bd/1ba – sleeps 2)
Large living-room with sofa and satellite TV, eat-in kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom.
The living room opens onto the veranda, where breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed outdoors. A wood burning pizza oven is also near the veranda.
First Floor – Apartment 2 (2bd/2ba – sleeps 4)
First floor apartment. Spacious entrance, living room with sofa, eat-in kitchen with a romantic small terrace looking out onto the vineyard below, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with private bathroom.
Second Floor – Apartment 3 (2bd/2ba – sleeps 4)
Bright second floor apartment. Spacious entrance, living room with sofa, eat-in kitchen with a view of the garden and the swimming pool, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with private bathroom.
Third Floor – Apartment 4 (1bd/1ba – sleeps 2)
Exquisite attic apartment. Spacious living room with sofa and Satellite TV, eat-in kitchen, large twin bedroom, a dressing room off the bathroom, safe-box and air–conditioning.
Villa Orfea is located just ten minutes by car from Lucca plus the beaches at Versilia are within easy reach.
