Residence on the Rocks is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa perched on a hill and nestled in a lush tropical forest and offers the ultimate in privacy. Overlooking Anse Intendance Bay and Taka Maka Bay, this privately owned villa is located within the Banyan Tree Estate but is privately managed. Guests however do have the added option of access to Banyan Tree Facilities, if they so wish.
All the rooms are tastefully and individually designed. The colonial/creole style villa reflects the splendor of a bygone era with the furnishings and décor consisting of antique pieces. There are 3 bedrooms located in the main house and each has air-conditioning, king-size bed and satellite TV. One of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities. The fourth bedroom is located in a guest cottage within the grounds. The main house also features a sitting room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
An infinity-edge swimming pool is located at the front of the villa with spectacular views across the ocean and the bay.
