Indoors, the villa has an airy interior, filled with natural light and soft curves. The rustic colour scheme of warm, inviting colours creates a sense of intimacy. The large living room is perhaps the villa’s heart, with beautiful views through French doors over the countryside, and plenty of seating close to the grand fireplace. The home’s well-equipped kitchen is another excellent communal space, with seating and a flat-screen television. Upstairs, a further living room provides even more space for relaxation, complete with a fireplace, television and convenient desk area.
Outside, Villa Rita enjoys a prestigious position amidst its own manicured gardens. An annex can be taken advantage of close by, featuring a cosy living room with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a Jacuzzi tub outside. Further within the grounds, guests can find the main attraction – an impressive 20m x 40m outdoor swimming pool. A pergola close to the kitchen provides the perfect setting for al fresco lunches and lazy days by the pool.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms. One is a queen bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, flat-screen television and en-suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower and scenic views, another is also a queen bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a jet tub bath. There is also a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and handheld shower, walk-in wardrobe and flat-screen TV.

In the Guesthouse, guests will find one double bedroom with a bathroom.

First Floor
On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom.
Please note that all bedrooms except for the guesthouse bedroom benefit from air-conditioning.
