The villa is multi level and offers 1000 square metres of living space. Each bedroom suite comprises a private dressing room, bathroom and access to a sea-facing terrace. Each suite has been tastefully decorated and elegantly designed. Ultima Corfu Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining room, living room and home cinema – or if you prefer to watch a movies outdoor, you can enjoy an outdoor movie experience.
Other spectacular features include a large terrace that spans the width of the property and 2 infinity pools on different levels. The 2 swimming pools are divided into two sections, one draining from the terrace to the lower level through an extravagant waterfall feature. There is also a spa, a mosaic-tiled Hammam with heated stone seating, and a Jacuzzi. You can enjoy the private sun deck that has direct access to swim in the blue Ionian Sea. You can opt to relax in the outdoor area and a pool cabana is the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco lunch or an evening cocktail.
A glass lift connects the house to the waterfront terrace and private dock. For the more active, this luxury villa also has an indoor gym.
