Villa Acacia Miskawaan is a four bedroom property and one of eight luxury homes that make up the Miskawaan Villa Estate. The estate is located at Maenam beach on the north coast of Koh Samui.

Villa Acacia Miskawaan offers 532 sqm of indoor living space and  is designed around a central tropical garden area. At the rear of the garden is a pavilion with two twin bedrooms, each with a stylishly bathroom, while next to these bedrooms  is a well- equipped private gym.

The central tropical garden separates the double bedroom from the large pavilion which houses the modern kitchen, dining room seating 10 guests, lounge room and media room with overhead projector and drop down screen.

Each of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom is located in a separate pavilion at the very front enjoying spectacular views of the beach and Koh Phan-Ngan. This bedroom as well as the second bedroom have exposed timber ceilings, teak floors, and fixed headboards with artwork. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, and make-up counter/writing desk, internal access to bathroom and TV/DVD & satellite TV connection.

To the front of Villa Acacia Miskawaan is a blue-tiled swimming pool set amid lawns.
