Villa Adele, ideally located in Gouves within walking distance to beach, shops, and facilities, is a welcoming 5-bedroomed villa with private swimming pool able to sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. With its lovely interiors, spacious manicured gardens, swimming pool and terraces, this villa is set to impress for its prime position and comfort.

Inside, Villa Adele has been cleverly designed and is set over 3 floors. The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious air-conditioned lounge with satellite TV, dining area and terrace, an impressive well equipped kitchen as well as a WC. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with an en-suite double bedroom (air-conditioned) and 2 twin bedrooms (air-conditioned) sharing a family bathroom with also washing machine. The lower ground floor houses a large open-plan living area with extra kitchenette as well as 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned while the other one is equipped with fans. (Please note – To guarantee maximum comfort to the guests during all seasons, we have set the maximum occupancy to 8 guests in order to allow the guests to fully enjoy the villa, the gardens as well as the common areas.

Outside, Villa Adele offers to its guests spacious furnished terraces as well as spacious gardens with lawn, shrubs and trees. The large private pool measures 6m x 5m and depth is 1.5m. Sunbeds and shades are provided, together with a beautiful outdoor dining area with BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars is also available.
