On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining room. Wide windows overlook the pool and the gardens, providing plenty of light and views. There are comfortable sofas, satellite tv, wi-fi internet, dining table for 6, together with fully-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a WC. Stairs lead up to the first floor, housing 3 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. The huge master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower as well as a kitchenette perfect for preparing a breakfast or light meal to be enjoyed on the terrace. The two other bedrooms – a double and a twin, sharing a stylish family bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have big patio doors opening straight to a large, partially covered, furnished terrace providing amazing views over the gardens, the pool, the Mediterranean Sea and the sunset.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs, and beautiful Mediterranean flowers. The private swimming pool attracts sun all day, is equipped with 6 comfortable sun beds and is surrounded by paved terraces perfect for sunbathing. The pool measures 8 x 5 m and is beautifully lit at night and can be accessed both by Roman Steps and ladder. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a shaded dining area is available by the poolside, enjoying most of the views. It has a lawned area next to it as well as a large barbecue, perfect for cooking a delicious meal with local, fresh products.
