Villa Aria is a three bedroom villa nestled in the lovely Sicilian countryside and close to Trapani. Villa Aria can accommodate six guests and is only 7km from the sandy beaches of Cornino or, a little further, Scopello. This recently renovated semi-attached property, which has been in the family since the 1800s, cleverly combines traditional elegance and modern luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings.
There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor, each with ensuite bathrooms.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning/heating and built-in safe; each bathroom is provided with hairdryer and toiletries.
The living spaces consist of beamed ceilings, original stone walls and traditional Italian pieces yet balances with contemporary details throughout. A dining room has comfortable seating for 8 guests. There is a spacious sitting room with TV area (65” flat screen TV) featuring a large arched picture window facing the back garden, and a mix of traditional and contemporary furniture. The well-equipped with professional stainless-steel and granite kitchen, with a central island and automatic skylights, is at guests’ disposal. The living room with a large sofa and 50” flat TV has large French doors that lead out to the front veranda and garden.
Please note – The ground floor is multi-levelled with some steps between the rooms.
Villa Aria has three different outdoor areas. The front garden is surrounded by jasmine, a glass covered patio and al fresco living area. To the side garden is a table, chairs and BBQ area next to the pool area and there are 2 roof terraces furnished with sun beds.
Villa Aria is perfect for small groups of friends – the bedrooms are far away from each other guaranteeing complete privacy. The location is peaceful and yet not isolated with other houses are nearby. The closest serviced village is only 1 km away, 300m from a restaurant and supermarket 500m.
