Villa Bellavista is the most exquisite villa on the Italian Island of Sardinia and boasts breathtaking views over the sapphire Capo Boi bay. The villa offers over 240 square metres of luxury living space, and you can lose yourself in the sweeping views over the Sardinian coast from the panoramic terrace, tucked away in the most romantic spots of the garden which surrounds Villa Bellavista.

Villa Bellavista has four luxury bedroom suites, each with en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room, kitchen, indoor dining and outdoor seating areas. The Villa interiors reveal features typical of this magical island combining traditional Sardinian craftsmanship with original contemporary design furniture. Days can be spent lazing on plush sun loungers by the pool, or you may prefer to venture to the sandy beach.

Rates are based on half board and also include exclusive services offered by Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi including complimentary dedicated staff and Guest Experience Manager, access to tennis courts and a private golf cart.

Villa Bellavista is located in the luxurious Capo Boi Premium Family Resort – a paradise situated in a middle of lush green park surrounded by hills with a totally private white sandy beach, about a 40 min drive from Cagliari International Airport. Guests of Villa Bellavista have access to the resort amenities such as separate family and adult swimming pools, Mediterranean inspired dining experiences, luxurious full service spa and fitness centre and tennis courts.
