Villa Contenta

Villa Contenta is a superbly luxurious Spanish Colonial style villa on Palm Island, Miami which can accommodate up to 13 people.

You can enjoy the spectacular from every angle and Villa Contenta boasts breathtaking views across Biscayne Bay towards South Beach. This palatial retreat comprises of a huge villa with six themed bedrooms, roof terrace and 40m swimming pool, and a guest house with another two queen sized beds.

The art-deco inspired king-sized master suite has a walk-through dressing room and an expansive bathroom that features a totally open-sided shower. Each of the other five bedrooms in the main house is beautifully and tastefully decorated with distinctive themes for each one – from animal print to Moroccan inspired opulence. Each comes with a balcony and most with en-suite bathrooms. The guest house is more modestly scaled, but still finished to an extremely high standard.

Whilst the outside area of Villa Contenta offers ample seating areas, there is also plenty to tempt you indoors – including a grand piano in the lounge, full-size pool table, home cinema system and bar. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, with separate breakfast room and dining room

The outside includes a private dock, floating deck, dining terrace with bar, fridge and barbecue and even a beach volleyball court (in addition to the gym inside) plus parking space for six cars.

One of Villa Contenta’s most impressive features is the enormous heated, walk-in swimming pool with its Jacuzzi, swim-in grotto and waterfall. It stretches across the back of the grounds, and you can look out across the bay from the water.
