Villa Emerald

Villa Emerald is an enticing villa situated on the lesser-known Croatian island of Ciovo. With top destinations such as Split within reach, yet offering a laid-back ‘undiscovered’ vibe, this is the perfect destination for a serene escape. Thanks to an outdoor pool, sea views and inviting interior, the villa provides everything you need for a memorable holiday to Croatia.

The villa is situated in a prime hillside position, offering beautiful views over the local area and to the shimmering sea. Inside, the décor is in a traditional Croatian style, with homely furnishings and modern amnesties. Relax in the minimalistic living area, where comfortable sofa seating and a flat-screen television ensure a cosy night in, or head to the kitchen and dining space close by for meal times. Outside, the villa boasts a private swimming pool terrace and a garden, so you can make the most of the famous climate. There is also a barbecue and outdoor dining space should you wish to enjoy lunch or dinner in the open air.

Accommodation

Villa Emerald offers five bedrooms divided into three apartments across two floors. Each apartment is air-conditioned and has an LDC TV and a balcony or direct access to the pool terrace.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there is one apartment. This apartment has a kitchen and dining area, air-conditioning, a satellite TV, bathroom, one double bedroom and an additional bed in the gallery. It is capable of sleeping four guests and has direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are two apartments. The first apartment sleeps up to five guests and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with twin beds. This apartment also contains a kitchen and a dining and living area with a sofa bed for up to two guests. There is also a bathroom with a massage shower and a balcony with beautiful sea views.

The Second apartment features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and is equipped with a kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and a balcony with views to the islands of Hvar, Solta and Brac.
