Its open plan design takes full advantage of the location offering unobstructed views and captures St. Lucia’s tropical trade winds which provide welcome breezes.
The house incorporates many aspects of traditional Caribbean style with beautiful wooden floors, a full-length verandah, jalousie shutters, wooden railings and a wood- carving detailed balcony. Villa Kessi is beautifully furnished and decorated in Caribbean-colonial style, with super king-sized four-poster beds in two of its three bedrooms, complete with planter chairs, wicker chairs and tables.
The entire front of the house features French doors that open onto the verandah and down to the spacious pool deck and fabulous infinity edge pool – creating an expansive indoor-outdoor common area, a perfect stop for you to totally relax and unwind.
Inside the house a combined dining room, living room and modern kitchen (with breakfast bar) with vaulted ceilings providing an open spacious environment throughout the ground floor.
The Master Bedroom encompasses the entire second floor and has a balcony with a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean and a glimpse of Martinique. Two further bedrooms can be found on the first floor which opens onto the verandah. One bedroom has a super king four-poster bed whilst the other has two bunk beds that are suitable for up to four children.* Each bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The villa is beautifully landscaped, and contains mature gardens with a wide variety of tropical trees, plants and flowers. The garden also contains wooden loungers and benches that provide quiet spots to have a drink or read a book.
This villa is close to St Lucia’s Golf Resort and Country Club, home to a challenging and enjoyable 18 hole par 71 golf course. There are nearby beautiful white sand beaches catering for all manner of water sports including safe swimming and snorkelling, scuba diving, hobby cat sailing, water skiing, para gliding and wind surfing. Sports fishing and deep sea fishing enthusiasts will soon find what they want. The towns of Gros Islet, Rodney Bay and Castries are approx. 20 – 25 minutes away.

Please note: The international airport in St Lucia is approx. 1.5 hours transfer time, we therefore strongly recommend booking a private transfer with us to ensure your transport is organized. Helicopter transfers are also available and a fantastic alternative with stunning views of the island en route.
