Villa Maria is a wonderful seven bedroom villa boasting a spectacular sea-front position with direct private access down to Gouvia Beach.

Villa Maria is a great choice for couples or a large family looking for the privacy of a villa yet only a short distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

There are seven bedrooms at Villa Maria –

Bedroom one – Master Bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom with his/hers sinks, large walk-in shower and separate bath
Bedroom two – With large double bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 3 – With large double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower
Bedroom 4 – With double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 5 – With double bed, en-suite with large walk-in shower (accessed by spiral staircase from the front terrace)
Bedroom 6 – Guest Cottage Suite with double bed, en-suite bathroom, living room/kitchen
Bedroom 7 – With large Double, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (additional bed can be provided in this bedroom to sleep a 15th guest)

There is a fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor, or you may wish to enjoy a BBQ and dine al fresco. Other indoor areas include a TV room, sitting room and dining area for 10 guests. For fitness, there is a games room complete with boxing bag / gloves, and mini power plate.

Villa Maria is nestled in mature gardens filled with Palms, Cypress Trees and Eucalyptus so you will have plenty of areas to escape the sun. A circular dining table is located near the swimming pool and is a popular choice for morning breakfast and enjoying the views.
