Villa Monumental is an exquisite historical villa situated in the peaceful bay of Zaton, close to legendary Dubrovnik Town. Listed as a Croatian National Heritage Monument, this important mansion dates back as far as the 15^th century and retains many character features .

Enter the villa by beautiful waterfront promenade, and discover a remarkable interior that combines classical architecture with modern luxuries. Relax in style in the informal lounge area, or head through to the bar where you can enjoy your favourite tipples. There’s also a bespoke wood panelled executive dining room for formal dinners, as well as a plush seating nook for cosy evenings indoors. A high-specification professional kitchen is close by for gourmet cuisine.

Outside, the villa envelopes several sheltered courtyards and is fringed by a third of an acre of tranquil gardens and mature estate. One of villa’s the most remarkable features is a cutting-edge glass bridge that connects the historic villa to an intimate chapel and several guest studios. Recline on one of the loungers by the outdoor pool, laze on the grass lawns or stroll to the beachfront – just a minute away on foot. In the evening, you can enjoy a barbecue in style within your own historic estate as the sun sets over the water – a truly exquisite experience.

Villa Monumental has six bedrooms.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom. One room has a remarkable historic alcove seating area while the other provides direct access to the garden.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are four luxury suites. Each suite has a downstairs sitting area and bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors, as well as a wooden staircase leading up to a gallery level with a king bed, satellite television and a safe.
