Villa Shine is a situated in a residential area above Funchal with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 3 floors, this villa has outstanding views and a beautiful infinity pool, great for overlooking Funchal and the ocean.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast table that opens up to a veranda. The spacious lounge has an elevated dining room area with fantastic sea views.

Villa Shine has five bedrooms most of which are on the first floor. There is a master bedroom, with an en-suite and a walk-in shows offering sea views and private balcony, then there are two twin rooms with two single beds with sea-view and shared balcony, a further double room is available with a shared balcony and there is a bathroom on the first floor for all rooms to share, an additional bathroom can be found on the ground floor where there is a ground floor double bedroom with a window to the games room.  On the 1st floor bedroom landing is a single chaise longue bed with mattress, underneath of which is a pull out mattress, for the 11th and 12th persons (this is more appropriate for children to sleep rather than adults)

The outdoor area of Villa Shine offers a stunning infinity pool and large solarium with stunning views of the town and sea, there is a built-in barbecue and a covered veranda with dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.

Villa Shine is close to amenities with a restaurant, shops, pharmacy and bakery only 350 meters away and the largest shopping centre less than a kilometre away.
