Maliga Kanda - previously known as Lassana Kanda - is an exceptional villa offering stunning views over jungle and paddy fields and is located on a hill top a short drive away from Galle. The property has south westerly views down to the ‘rice paddy cultivated’ valley floor and offers guests tranquility and privacy.

Maliga Kanda features 7 beautiful bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms.

The main house has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) located upstairs.Two of the doubles lead out to a balcony that overlooks the pool and distant tropical canopy. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchens and an air conditioned study / TV room as well as guest bathroom.

The sitting area has floor to ceiling timber windows that completely fold back to reveal the 20m pool and covered pagola with dining table and built in sofas. A separate building located near the swimming pool as an en-suite family bedroom with king-size double and twin beds, a fully-equipped gym, a TV / games room with table tennis and also a massage room. These rooms look out through French style windows to the landscaped gardens.

There is also a Garden House with two ensuite bedrooms (double and a twin) as well as private seating area.
