The Best Time to Visit Cyprus

As with many European travel destinations, the best time to visit Cyprus is generally considered to be during the summer months when the weather is warmest. In July and August, average daily temperatures hover around 28°C, so this is definitely the time to book one of our Cyprus villa holidays with private pools to make the most of the hot weather.

If you prefer to visit countries during the shoulder season for tourism then June or September are the best months to visit. You can still enjoy average temperatures of around 25°C but won’t be sharing the island with quite so many other tourists, creating a quieter and more authentic atmosphere.

To make the most of the best deals, visiting Cyprus in the off-season between November and April still gives you mild and relatively dry weather which is great for sightseeing or hiking. Enjoy the best offers on our Cyprus villa rentals at this time of year and relax in tranquillity.

The 2 airports in Cyprus are Larnaca and Paphos and there are many regional flights from the UK year-round. So whatever time of year you decide is best to visit Cyprus, it’ll be easy to get to the island.
