Villa Waimarie is a beautiful beachfront six bedroom villa, located on the southern stretch of Koh Samui's most beautiful yet quietest beach, Lipa Noi, overlooking the Gulf of Siam. The villa is only a six minute drive from the small town of Nathon, and 50 minutes from Chaweng.
A winding brick path leads through the gardens to the soft white sands of Lipa Noi Beach and the calm waters of the Gulf of Siam, Waimarie, meaning “peaceful water” in Maori.
Enjoy breakfast in the shade of the poolside sala. The spectacular view takes in the nearby Five Islands and the distant blue outline of Thailand’s mainland mountains, a picture-perfect start to the day.
The villa’s six ensuite bedrooms are arranged in three separate cottages, each pair connected by an internal door, making them ideal for families who wish to stay close while enjoying their own space. Near the beach, a spacious dining pavilion and a comfortable lounge pavilion with deep sofas provide relaxed communal areas for dining and socialising.
A dedicated team, including a villa manager, private chef, housekeepers, and gardeners, ensures every detail is handled with warmth and efficiency. Families are especially well catered for, with nanny services available, a private tennis court, two sea kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, and equipment for beach volleyball.
