Overview

Cliff Top Residence is a beautiful six-suite villa perched on a clifftop overlooking Ao Yon Bay on the quieter east coast of Phuket. It's a large, modern property with panoramic sea views from every suite, and plenty of fantastic facilities on site including an infinity pool, large sun decks, jacuzzis, a private gym, steam rooms, and a triple-height atrium. It accommodates up to 12 guests and is perfect for larger families or groups of friends looking to escape to hustle and bustle of the traditional tourist areas of Phuket. 

The six suites are split across three levels. The two master suites are a generous 120 square metres each, featuring a living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with steam sauna, and are located on the entrance level. The further four bedrooms are located on the lower level and feature a living and sleeping area, ensuite bathroom, terrace access and all have sea views. 

There are two fully equipped kitchens, a formal dining room, and spacious light and airy living areas throughout. Spend your days at Cliff Top Residence relaxing by the private pool or walking down to the beach via private stairs from the villa. There are a few small beach bars here, or for more shops and restaurants as well as the aquarium, Cape Panwa is only a short drive away. 

Staff are on hand 24 hours a day to make your stay as seamless as possible, including a private chef, full-time housekeeping and butler service, a private car for guests' personal use, daily breakfast, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages and coffee throughout your stay.
