Bird of Paradise Anguilla has been named as one of the top 20 villas in the world by Islands and Ocean Home magazines. Designed in an Asian tropical style, this villa is a private retreat with expansive indoor and outdoor living space and offers over 4000 square feet of living spaces.

There are  four en-suite master suites in separate pavilions, each with individual, private verandas and ocean views. An office is located adjacent to one of the suites, which can be offered as a fifth bedroom – perfect for a nursery or for a nanny and 3 children.

Bird of Paradise enjoys incredible views over the turquoise waters towards St Barths and St Maarten.

The main house features a living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and guest toilet. The Bird of Paradise boasts not one but three pool areas, the most extensive pool system of any villa in the Caribbean. The lagoon-style pools are heated and range in depth from three to nine feet.

There are four sitting areas including an exterior living space with fireplace, an interior living room with wet bar, a covered veranda and a sun deck.

The entire property is enclosed for complete privacy. Hidden hideaways include a hill-top deck with hammock and an Indonesian day bed amongst a grove of palm trees.

There is a full-time House Manager, 24-hour concierge, daily housekeeping and a grounds man to assist with beach chairs.
