SandCastle Pointe is a striking four-bedroom villa set on an acre of oceanfront property in Shoal Bay East, Anguilla, with more than 7,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living space. Its contemporary architecture, curved lines and open-plan design make the most of the spectacular views across the turquoise waters of Shoal Bay.

The main living areas feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the pool terrace, allowing the sea views and cooling trade winds to flow through the villa. A spacious living room and dining area provide plenty of room to relax and entertain, while the distinctive Poggenpohl kitchen is equipped with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances and opens directly onto the pool deck.

The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms, including two spacious master suites on the upper floor, each with a private terrace overlooking the sea. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, while the master bathrooms also feature hydrotherapy tubs. The two main-floor guest bedrooms have queen-size beds, private balconies and ocean views.

Outside, the curved, heated infinity-edge pool is the centrepiece of the property, surrounded by a spacious deck and wraparound veranda with areas for lounging and al fresco dining. A built-in step along the pool edge provides a perfect place to take in the ocean views, while a stainless-steel grill makes outdoor dining easy.

SandCastle Pointe is particularly well equipped for entertaining, with a dedicated billiard and entertainment room featuring a full bar, wine cooler and Sonos sound system. Guests also have access to a private home theatre with 120-inch laser projection and surround sound, as well as a gym with a Peloton Bike+, weights and yoga equipment. Outside, a putting green, bocce court and cornhole provide additional ways to enjoy the extensive grounds.

A full welcome dinner is included on your first night, a lovely addition for those who have travelled a long way and do not want to organise anything when they first arrive.
