Villa Nonsuch is a luxury five-bedroom villa nestled on the hilltop at Nonsuch Bay Resort located on the south east coast of Antigua.

The villa is dramatically positioned above the azure waters of the bay and enjoys panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean to the sheltered waters of Ayers Creek. The villa has five spacious en-suite bedrooms, with walk-in showers and superb views.

The interior has a modern contemporary feel and features a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area that opens onto a shaded outdoor dining area. Guests can enjoy relaxing around the 50ft swimming pool on one of the plush sun loungers. The villa has wraparound verandas and is the perfect place for enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset.

No. 4 & 5. – Twin beds (can be made up as a king beds), en-suite with shower

Set within the grounds of Nonsuch Bay Resort, guests can enjoy the clubhouse restaurant and bar, reception services, extensive watersports facilities, kitesurfing and sailing school, private sandy beach and 3 infinity swimming pools. Participation in watersports is available by the hour or by adding the resort’s activity programme to the rental. Please note - additional charges apply.

The resort has a restaurant and bar. Guest can either pay-as-you-go or add the meal plan to the rental covering breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and drinks at the bar and with meals.

The Bay at Nonsuch Restaurant - The Bay at Nonsuch is the resort’s dramatically positioned restaurant enjoying views out to the barrier reef, across the infinity pool and along the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on a series of shaded terraces.

Bar - Drinks, cocktails and snacks are available at the bar or to enjoy in snug corners on the terraces, or the clubhouse lounge.

Nonsuch Bay Resort is only 20 minutes from the popular area of English Harbour, where guests can enjoy a range of restaurants and bars.
