Coconut Grove 1 Royal Westmoreland is on one level and nestled in lush tropical gardens and overlooks the 10th fairway. The interiors have been tastefully furnished - There is a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances.The open plan living and dining areas are flanked by four en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, one guest bedroom has a king-sized bed and two guest rooms have twin beds - but one of these bedrooms can be configured as a king. Two of the en-suite bathrooms have a shower and tub and the other two have showers. The Master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms both have access to the patio and garden area via large French doors.

The open plan living area opens onto a terrace and pool area. Evenings can be spent relaxing on the comfortable chairs or enjoying a BBQ.

Guests of the villa have access to the beach club at Mullins and Royal Westmoreland has a tennis court, club house with bar and a gym for villa guests use.
