Overview

Fig Tree House is a seven bedroom property set within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort on Barbados' West Coast, accommodating up to 14 guests across a main five-bedroom villa and a separate two-bedroom guest cottage set within the grounds. The two buildings work well together for larger groups or families who want some separation between generations or different parts of the group, while still having access to shared outdoor spaces.

The main villa has four king bedrooms across two floors. The two ground floor bedrooms are both en-suite, one of which has access to a private furnished patio and a small office. The two upper floor master bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms, one with a double sink, shower, and bathtub, and both have their own terraces with sea views. An office is also being converted to a bedroom in the main house. The ground floor has a large open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, fully air-conditioned, with a modern kitchen fitted with high-spec appliances. A wide covered terrace runs the length of the villa, overlooking the landscaped tropical gardens, making it a great spot for lunches, sundowners, or evening meals.

The guest cottage, set just a short distance from the main house, has two king bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, its own fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living area, air conditioning, and wifi, making it self-contained enough to feel independent while still being part of the wider property.

Outside, there is an infinity-edge swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, a poolside gazebo with an outdoor bar and lounge area, and a poolside bathroom. The gardens are well maintained and the property has 24-hour security, CCTV, a double carport with EV charging point, and private parking.

As part of Royal Westmoreland, guests have access to the 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, gym, communal pool, clubhouse with bar and restaurant, and beach facilities at Mullins Beach Club. Holetown is around four kilometres away and the airport is approximately 18 kilometres.
