Royal Villa 1 is a stylish coral stone three bedroom villa located within the famous Royal Westmoreland Estate. The property boasts views of the Caribbean sea and also comes with the complementary use of a 7 seater vehicle. Guests staying at the property have access to Sugar Hill tennis courts and gym as well as the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club. Please note membership at Royal Westmoreland is not included however guests can visit the on site restaurants and bars and are able to play golf between 10.00 and 11.00.

The property is split across 2.5 levels, upon entry and up a few steps gusts will come to the open plan living and dining area boasting beautiful views over the pool area and the sea beyond. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals from local ingredients for the whole family. Large double doors open out to a balcony with additional seating and a bbq for warm evenings and al fresco dining.

The master bedroom and the twin bedroom are located on the ground floor. Both feature an ensuite bathroom and have direct access to the pool terrace. The third bedroom is located close to the entrance and features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
