Sugar Cane Ridge 9 is a recently built semi-detached four bedroom, three bathroom villa located within the newest development area of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Resort. This villa is nestled at the entrance to the Sugar Cane Ridge avenue and offers views of Sugar Cane Ridge and the golf course beyond.

The living and dining area is open-plan and air-conditioned and there is a new fully-equipped kitchen. The living area leads out to a terrace where you can cool off in the private plunge pool.

The master suite is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.  An additional guest bedroom is also located on the ground floor and has queen-size bed and shared the bathroom with the second guest bedroom which has twin beds that can be configured as a king bed. The elegantly decorated third guest bedroom is located mid-level at the entrance of the villa and offers an en-suite bathroom and 2 Twin size beds.

As guests of Sugar Cane Ridge 9, you will have access to social membership at Royal Westmoreland with access to all amenities, including the Sanctuary communal pool and gym, the tennis, the Club House and the exclusive beach club at the quiet Mullins Beach, St Peter.
