Rum Manor is an exquisite new property that offers the epitome of Caribbean living with access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach Club that is only a short walk away. The luxury shopping and dining area of Holetown is also within easy reach. 

With 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, each meticulously designed for comfort and luxury, this property provides ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The property also features an additional bedroom specifically designed to accommodate up to six children. This unique space includes four bunk beds and two roll-away beds (the roll-away beds can used in other rooms if needed). The bunk beds also have twin XL mattresses for extra space. Please note that this room is designated for children only, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for families with little ones.

For sports enthusiasts, this property offers a floodlit private pickleball court, perfect for friendly matches under the stars. Additionally, guests can stay active and energised in the fully equipped private gym, featuring a Peloton bike, weights, a running machine, and more to cater to your fitness needs. Enjoy your workout while overlooking the lush surroundings, creating a refreshing and inspiring environment to achieve your fitness goals. 

The property also comes fully staffed with a housekeeper, laundress, chef that prepares 3 meals per day and makes fresh bread daily, a butler, gardener, pool maintenance, concierge manager and property manager. The staff also have a separate room for when they are not needed and you are looking for some privacy.

In addition to the extensive staff and amenities, the property also features an office space for those who need to work remotely or attend to business matters during their stay. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the media room equipped with an Xbox gaming console, foosball table, and pool table, providing entertainment options for leisure and relaxation.

The bar at Rum Manor comes fully stocked and will be casually run as a “leave it as healthy as you found it.” There also are 2 kegerators and can arrange delivery of kegs from the on island brewery Dead Head.

Alfresco meals are a breeze with the outdoor pizza oven and American style smoker and BBQ area, perfect for hosting gatherings and savouring delicious meals in the open air. The private dining gazebo offers an intimate setting for special occasions and memorable moments with loved ones.

Rum Manor also comes with a 6 seater golf cart to go to and from the Sandy Lane Beach Club.
