Eden on the Sea at Merlin Bay  has three floors, the first floor houses the formal dining room, kitchen and living room which opens out on to the oceanview terrace.  A guest bedroom is located on the ground floor, whilst the master and second guest bedrooms is located on the third floor. Access to a roof terrace is also an added selling point.
