Sea Breeze boasts beautiful sea views and the amenities of Holetown are a mere five minutes away by car and guests have the benefit of private beach access at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

You enter Sea Breeze via electric security gates and you will realise you have arrived at a very special villa.

A media /library / family and reception room are located on the ground floor as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated BBQ area along with a dining room perfect for relaxed meals with family and friends. A large bar with bar stools and adjacent lounge area are the standout feature.  Outside is a large sun deck and inviting swimming pool which are bordered either side by tropical plants and plush sun loungers.

Four ensuite bedrooms are located on the lower level and have easy access to the pool and exterior thanks to an enchanting indoor / outdoor corridor.  A large staircase leads from the ground level to the upper floor where you will find a spacious master bedroom and private terrace - perfect for a peaceful morning coffee.
