The One at St James is a luxury first floor condominium situated on the west coast of Barbados, just south of the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel. As guests, you can enjoy the magnificent views overlooking the pristine white sands of Paynes Bay.

The interior of The One at St James is open plan and flows from the entrance to the stunning views of the ocean below. The living and dining areas leads out to a large double balcony furnished with chairs, dining table and sofa. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and there is a state of the art kitchen. Entertainment features include a TV and complimentary WiFi throughout.

There are five bedrooms. The master bedroom opens directly onto the spacious balcony and gorgeous ocean views and features a walk in closet and a large en suite with tub bath, rain shower and double vanity that can be accessed from two entrances in the room.The apartment is light and airy throughout with three additional bedrooms in the main apartment all with en suites of varying sizes and lots of closet space.

There is a fifth detached guest cottage with a small kitchenette and living/dining area which can be accessed from the ground floor, as well as the apartment, and offers an excellent option for visiting guests who require a little more privacy.

You are just steps away from popular Paynes Bay which can be accessed through a secure gate with key entry. You can enjoy relaxing on sunloungers and soaking up the rays.
