Holetown Villa 84 is a delightful three-bedroom property with a private plunge pool, in the popular Sunset Crest neighbourhood on Barbados’ West Coast. Just a five-minute stroll from Holetown, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, and of course, the beautiful beach.

The recently refurbished kitchen is finished to a high standard and fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. It flows seamlessly into the spacious living area, which features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, making it ideal for unwinding after a day of sun and sea.

Outside, a large patio with ceiling fans is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island lifestyle. The covered verandah has plenty of seating spots, perfect for a quiet read or morning coffee, while the outdoor dining area just off the kitchen is ideal for relaxed, al fresco meals. The plunge pool, surrounded by six loungers, provides a peaceful spot to cool off and relax after a day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and opens directly onto the verandah with views of the pool. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the third offers twin beds along with access to the verandah and garden views. Two shared bathrooms serve all three bedrooms.

Guests also enjoy access to Paul Owens The Beach House, which has a large communal swimming pool and direct access to the beach. The Beach House restaurant and bar, led by Paul Owen of the former Cliff Restaurant, serves excellent cuisine in a beautiful beachfront setting, while neighbouring Drift is a favourite spot for cocktails and unforgettable sunset views.
