The Aerial BVI is an all-inclusive private island destination villa that brings together the unparalleled beauty of the British Virgin Islands with an authentic, transformative experience for its guests.

Aerial BVI  is comprised of five residences -  Unity House, Faith House, Serenity House and the Love + Grace Villas – and sleeps 34 guests in uniquely named rooms. The Aerial BVI’s spaces have been harmoniously designed to flow with its surroundings, allowing the natural environment, long-range ocean views and vistas to speak for themselves.

Unity House - 4 rooms
Clarity has king size bed, Presence has king size bed that can be configured as twins, Dream has king size bed and Joy has queen bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.

Faith House - 4 rooms
Gratitude has king size bed that can be configured as twins,  Peace has king size bed, Hope and Courage each has a queen bed. queen). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.

Serenity House - 4 rooms
Tranquility has a king size bed
Strength has a king size bed
Honor has a king size bed that can be configured as twins
Wisdom hasa  king size bed that can be configured as twins.
Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower.

Love and Grace Villas - 2 rooms
Love has a king-size bed that can be configured as twins
Grace has 2 twin beds.
Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower.

Abundance & Mindfulness Teepee - 2 rooms
Abundance Teepee features a king bed or two twin bed and a loft nook for children
Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Mindfulness is set up as a spa but can be converted to an ensuite king bedroom if needed.
*Teepees are open air and do not include air conditioning

Calm - 1 room 
This room is primarily reserved as a support room for additional staff members, visiting chefs, photographers, nannies, or other team members accompanying a private group.

All bedrooms have breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

There is an abundance of activities and inclusions to suit every guest:

Land activities include:
Beachside gym, miles of hiking trails, Bocce ball, Jenga + other games, Bonfires (Beach and Residence), Outdoor movies, Stargazing, Beach Olympics Dancing, live music + karaoke

Water activities include:
Watersport lessons, snorkeling, seabobs, kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, and night kayak/paddle boarding with glow in the dark boards.

Spa + Wellness activities include:
Yoga, guided meditations, beach workouts, guided hikes, etc as well as a full spa (treatments at additional cost)

Redemption Ranch experiences can also be arranged at an additional cost.
