Silent Waters is a magnificent villa perfect for large families, groups of friends or as a destination wedding. Silent Waters is nestled in the hills near to Montego Bay and overlooks pristine forests and the spectacular turquoise waters of the bay. The architecture is world-class and is complimented by the exquisite design and décor.

Each of the Guest Suites at Silent Waters Villa provides the utmost in comfort and luxury. Each suite is uniquely and individually designed offering the best views whilst also maintaining complete privacy from the other guest suites. Three suites has views of the tropical forests and river and 2 guest suites offer ocean views. Each suite is located in a detached home and can accommodate up to 18 guests. There are 3 king-size beds, 6 queen-size beds, 2 queen-size sofa beds and 2 full-size sofa beds.

Guest Suite 1
- Suitable for a single family or two couples
- Upper Level has a spacious room with king-size bed
- Lower Level has a Queen-size bed, sitting area, wet bar, patio and chaises (sleeps 2 adults)
- Shared Bathroom (upstairs) - Spacious detached room with large glass and marble double shower heads
- Panoramic view of the Great River Valley (Jamaica’s second largest river), high green mountains and pristine forests, partial sea view

Guest Suite 2
- Suitable for a family or two couples
- Down 13 stone steps and similar to Villa Suite 1
- Upper Level has a spacious room with 2 queen-size beds
- Lower Level has a Queen-size bed and an additional queen-size hideaway sofa bed in the seating area (sleeps 2 adults / children)
- Shared Bathroom - Spacious detached room with large glass and marble shower with double shower heads
- Panoramic view of the Great River Valley, high green mountains and pristine forests, partial sea view.

Guest Suite 3
- Single level
- Spacious room with king-size bed, large sitting area with queen-size hideaway sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults and 2 children)
- Bathroom - Spacious room with double-basin vanity, glass and marble shower open on 3 sides to mountain and river valley view, double shower heads, European-style sunken bathtub with louvered surround to garden view
- Two private patios (one with mountain view, one with sea view) and chaises

Guest Suite 4
- Upper Level has a spacious room with king-size bed (sleeps 2 adults).
- Lower Level has a sitting area and wet bar with full size hideaway sofa bed designed to accommodate a family sharing the upstairs bathroom, which is accessed through the upstairs bedroom (sleeps 2 adults/ children)
- Bathroom - Spacious room with double-basin vanity, glass and marble shower with double shower heads; also outdoor shower and European-style sunken bathtub with private enclosed garden view
- Private patio and chaises overlooking Montego Bay
- Panoramic 240-degree view of Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

Guest Suite 5
- Upper Level has a spacious room with 2 queen-size beds (sleeps 2 to 4 adults).
- Lower Level has a full-size hideaway sofa bed and sitting area and is designed to accommodate family sharing the upstairs bathroom which is accessed through upstairs bedroom (sleeps 2 adults/ children)
- Bathroom - Spacious room with double-basin vanity, glass and marble shower with double shower heads; also outdoor shower and European-style sunken bathtub with private enclosed garden view
- Private patio and chaises overlooking Montego Bay
- Panoramic 300-degree view of pristine forests and the Great River Valley, Montego Bay and the sea.

All the above bedroom suites have a sitting area, desk, iPod docking station and Cable TV.

For additional guests, you have the option to also rent the owners villa –

The Owner's Villa at Silent Waters Villa is a separate private home that is also available for rent. It can accommodate 2 adults and has a separate entrance and offers the utmost in privacy and seclusion. Added amenities include a full kitchen, air-conditioned rooms, a living and dining area. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and the en-suite bathroom has 2 granite vanities and a large indoor/outdoor glass and marble double shower. Guests of this villa also have the added benefit of a private infinity-edge swimming pool that wraps around the bedroom and bathroom.

The main feature of Silent Waters is the pavilion where you can gather for socialising or to watch a movie on the large screen television. Pianists will delight in the baby grand piano or you may want to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic view. Large sliding glass doors lead out to a marble terrace, an infinity-edge swimming pool and ocean views.

A pair of 17th Century Buddhist temple attendant statues stand guard over the Main Pavilion to ensure guests’ peace and serenity… as well as an 18th Century Thai Bible Chest and 17th Century Burmese Buddhist monastery bell. Paintings and other arts and antiquities adorn this main gathering area as well.

The Pavilion also includes a home theatre with 60" 4K Ultra HD/Internet TV and surround sound system , DVD, surround-sound music system and iPod docking station with speakers for those who want to bring their own music.

The rental rates include the services of a chef who prepares meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen. You can enjoy dining in the dining pavilion which is located in a wraparound reflecting pool and has a 330-degree view of Montego Bay and the sea as well as the exquisitely landscaped grounds. The pavilion may be glass enclosed or remain open on 3 sides allowing the gentle breezes to flow through. The dining table can comfortably accommodate 16 guests. For more casual dining (or for overflow from the main dining pavilion), the Gazebo (also in the reflecting pool) commands a 360-degree view of the sea and villa property and can accommodate nine guests for seated meals.

During your stay at Silent Waters, you will have access to a private tennis court.
