Overview

The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa is a lovely condominium resort on Nevis offering beautiful views of Nevis peak, the Caribbean Sea and Nevis's sister island, St Kitts. The property was built in 2011 and occupies a prime beachfront location and features one to four bedroom apartments, perfect for a families or a group of friends travelling together.

The apartments are located in three storey buildings and have been tastefully decorated. All apartments are air-conditioned and have spacious rooms including a large living area furnished with modern sofas, flat screen TV, and a dining table. Bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers.

The Hamilton Beach Villas and Spa have a range of one, two and four bedroom apartments with either garden and pool view or ocean view. The one bedroom deluxe apartments offer 1479 square feet of living space with garden and pool views. The two bedroom apartments offer 1526 square feet of living space and garden and pool views or superior ocean views. The two bedroom beachfront apartments are in a prime location and overlook the longest stretch of beach on Nevis. The four bedroom beachfront apartments boast 4492 square feet of living space and has been beautifully furnished.

The resort has two freshwater pools on site and complimentary sun loungers are located around the pool and on the beach.

The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa has a poolside bar serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and is open 10.00am to 7.00pm. The Үachtsman's Grill is an award-winning beachfront restaurant and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively, a private chef can be arranged for you to dine in (extra charge applies).

Motorised and non-motorised water-sports are available approximately 10 minutes drive from the the hotel. PADI is available and the dive shop is approx 5/7 minutes drive from The Hamilton.
